RECIPE: Stew in a pumpkin

I know I had it and of course can't find it.

It was, I believe, beef stew and you also included the cleaned inside of the pumpkin as part of the veggies and baked it inside the pumpkin shell.

Fall is coming and get togethers always like this one....thanks in advance for your help.
