LOOKING for: Gelato recipes

After our trip, my husband is driving me crazy with the gelato. I managed to talk one of the ladies in Venice into giving me her recipe for gelato. She gave me one for chocolate, the DH's favorite, and one for peach, my favorite. Does anyone have any authentic Italian gelato recipes? I would realy love one for carmel or coconut. Thanks in advance!

No recipe, as I didn't have gelato, but had my first ever fig ice cream in Florence, a few weeks, ago. Outstanding!
