I'm new here - I'm a regular on the decorating forum.

I'd like to make something DIFFERENT for Christmas Eve dinner and we have a small group of only five people. I'd love to make a dish I've eaten out at nice restaurants several times - Baked Stuffed Shrimp - The stuffing I am guessing has maybe crab in it and kind of melty maybe like there is a a cheese blended in a little. I am a good cook, but I really have NO CLUE what to use to make the stuffing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
