Instead of the veggie pizza I made them into rolls and they were so pretty and people at the party loved them. Me too.

The recipe is pretty vague so here it is...

Tortilla Wraps

Cream Cheese

Dry Ranch Mix

Chopped Brocolli

Chopped Carrots

Chopped Red Pepper

Shredded Cheddar

Soften cream cheese add dry ranch mix to your taste (I like mild as it gets pretty salty with the cream cheese) spread on tortilla wrap to edges, sprinkle lightly with veggies and cheese to cover surface, roll and cut into spirals.
