CHOCOLATE BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE
12 pz bag semi-sweet chocoalte chips
6 oz bag butterscotch chips
8 oz can sweetened condensed milk (like Eagle Brand)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups pecan pieces

In a double boiler over medium low heat, mlet the chocolate & butterscotch chips. Remove from heat, stir into sweetened condensed milk & vanilla. Add the pecans & pour into a greased 8x8" pan. Refrigerate until firm before slicing.~~

DIVINITY FUDGE
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
Chopped nuts

Combine first 3 ingredients. Place over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cover & boil for 3 minutes only. Uncover & boil until it spins a thread. Take off heat & let stand while beating egg whites. Add salt & vanilla to stiffly beaten whites. Pour boiled mixture slowly into egg whites & beat until just ready to lose its sheen. If nuts are used, stir them in & drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper.~~
