I like this one. Nice & simple, too:
CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE
Two 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate
3 TBL butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup (Karo)
3 eggs, beaten
1 TBL vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
9" unbaked pastry shell
Vanilla ice cream or sweetened whipped cream

Melt chocolate & butter in a small saucepan. In a separate saucepan, combine sugar & syrup & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate mixture. Add beaten eggs, stirring frequently. Add vanilla & pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 40-45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.~~ Food For Thought

I've always liked this one:
1c corn syrup
2T butter
1/2c pecans
1/2c brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla'
1/2c semi sweet chocolate chips
Beat eggs, add sugar,syrup, and melted butter. Stir in vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into an unbaked 9" pastry shell and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or til set.
