I reckon they'd be nice added to a plain muffin mixture, or to sweet scones. And they might add a new dimension to a pecan pie. Interesting combination!

I'd enjoy them as is. Around here you can buy pecans sugar-coated, roasted, cinnamon-coated, chocolate-coated, etc.

Make dh happy with cinnamon rolls made with natural pecans ... no sense wasting the good stuff. ;)

We used to make monkey bread all the time. It's so easy. I'd use regular pecans or walnuts with it and save those goodies for a special treat.

Those pecans are fabulous, aren't they??? I get them from my uncle who lives in New Mexico. I don't bake, but I use them in salads (try a nice mix of baby greens, some kind of blue cheese, sliced apple/pear, and those pecans with a sweet vidalia onion dressing, or a poppy seed dressing)...yum.
