I got this recipe from my sister-in-law.

Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Meatballs:

1 lb ground beef

1 egg

1 pkg onion soup mix

½ cup milk

Sauce:

¾ cup brown sugar

¼ cup vinegar

1 Tbsp cornstarch

1 can pineapple pieces with juice

1 cup ketchup

1 Tbsp soya sauce

Mix meatballs and fry until brown. Combine all sauce ingredients and add meatballs. Put in casserole dish, cook in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
