I make one very similar using a 1.4 oz. package of Knorr's dried vegetable soup mix, 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry), 16 oz. container sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts - drained and chopped, 3 green onions - chopped. Combine all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours.

This recipe is on the Knorr vegetable soup mix package and is a favorite every time I serve it.

I do something similar to blizlady above, the only difference is that I prefer the Lipton veggie soup mix and instead of water chesnuts, I use one can of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped). I also put just a bit of shredded cheese (colby, chedder, mozzarella, etc. whatever is on hand) and a sprinkle of parmesen.

I bake it in the oven for 20-30 minutes and serve it hot with tortilla chips. Even the two-year-old loves it!
