I decided to reclaim some design space from the efficiency apt for a massage room. This makes the efficiency apt smaller.

Looking for suggestions on how to re-configure the efficiency apt to include a kitchen area, seating area, murphy bed - and closet (maybe in the bath area?. Any suggestions from creative minds out there?

The efficiency living area is about 18' x 13' and the bath is about 11' 2" x 5' 8".

The sliding door needs to face the view side but can be moved along that wall.
