The pivot hinges are a great way to achieve this but the one linked above is rated only to 150 lbs. For a higher capacity, you might want to look into the TECTUS hinges which can carry up to 660 lbs. For wider panels like the one shown, you might need to look at the Manfred Frank hinges. And you can find them both at www.BetterBuildingHardware.com
