End Tables - How About These?

I've been trying to get ideas for end tables & have been looking for what seems like an eternity but nothing has jumped out at me.

Today I saw these on-line (link below) at Pier 1. What do you think? Which color? Do you think that they would work as end tables?

One of my problems was to find end tables that would work w/ our large banana leaf cocktail table but not be matchy, matchy or totally out of sync.

They are available in either green or blue.

My sofa will be slipcovered in white.

My accessories in the LR are blue (green in my bedroom which will be adjoining the LR until the addition is complete), my curtains dark olive green taffeta like material.

These pics are our current house. The walls in the other house will be off-white.

ttodd, the link you provided only goes to the Pier One web site. I browsed through and found two Ming Chow bedroom pieces but they only had blue.

Off-white? Aren't you going to find a place for the Baby Turtle? ;(

First you get rid of the Paris pictures and now this??

Please realize I'm just kidding :) Yours is one of my favorite houses on GW!

Hey, hey, hey! I still have those Paris prints - they're not going anywhere - just need to find another wall for them :)

As for Baby Turtle? Not sure if it will find an area in the other house. It's very, very little & we are blowing out the walls to open up the downstairs.

Well I see the Pier 1 site doesn't cooperate as I'd like. Here's another link but it only shows the blue. The on-line catalog shows the blue & green.

I think the nightstand has more substance than the bedside table. I like the blue. I think the closed cabinet of the nightstand in the corner and the open bottom of the bedside table on the right side of the sofa.

Then again I haven't seen the green color so I don't know if that would go better with the coffee table or not.

As you know I'm no decorator so I hope I haven't made a bad recommendation.
