Unfortunately, when I check out a company, ask all the appropriate questions (or think I'm asking them, after all if you don't know the questions to ask????) and then come face to face with an unacceptable installation, I tend to think what more could I have done?

I wish I had found this link prior to my countertop installation. I would have been better prepared to understand and ask appropriate questions. Even though I asked "what questions am I not asking?" you are at the mercy of the saleman and your trust in what he is telling you. After all, if I knew how everything worked, I would be doing this job DIY, right?
