There's not much market for an unfinished top. Price will be lower than the price of your fabric. Suggest you get someone to finish it and then try.

There will be some people who are willing to put out a fair amount of money for a completed quilt, but even those are hard to find. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of people who truly appreciate the cost of materials and labor that goes into a quilt. ;(

I agree with Toolgranny's advice...you will have better luck with a finished quilt. Good luck.

I would also recommend checking out etsy.com instead of ebay. Shoppers at etsy seem to understand they are purchasing something of value - often one-of-a-kind creations - and not quite as interested in finding a bargain.

Before you throw more money at this quilt top (batting, thread, having it quilted) making it even more expensive, I would list it on Etsy, as suggested by Kate, as unfinished, trying to recoup the money you have already invested.

There is a lady who sells beautifully pieced quilt tops only. I can't find her blog right now, sorry. I did a search on Etsy - unfinished quilt tops, and got 179 listings in a wide variety of prices. There is a market for unfinished tops.
