National Sewing Machine - Model A

I have a model A National Sewing Machine in a cabinet. It is black and has the word "National" in gold across the front of it. The part I am confused about is it has an instructional manual with it labeled "rotary electric - Model K" and it appears to be the correct manual.
If you have any info to share with me, that would be great.
