My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Congratulations! You will have fun with that machine! I tried one out for a few days, but was too tempted by the Ellageo and traded up. I miss the Esante's built-in designs. We liked them SO much better than the Ellageo's.
Your question is a big one, though. There are so many kinds of stabilizers to use in different applications. There are good books that list each kind and when/how to use it. I'm pretty sure I got lists of stabilizers and their uses off an internet search. We are in the process of building a house, so I only have my bare sewing essentials out of storage, so I'm not much help with exact details, like a site address.
I bought a 48-spool set of Madiera in a plastic carrying case. Each spool has 1000 m on it. It's great to have a good color selection like that, so that you're ready for anything. A frog, for instance, can take 3 or more shades of green, so it's easiest to buy a set than try to guess what you'll need in individual spools.
Also, I think the prewound bobbins are a nice way to go for embroidery.
Ebay was definitely my best friend when I was first getting set up to start embroidering. I bought the set of thread, stabilizers, and extra bobbins from there. It was a couple years ago, so I can't help you with seller names.
