My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Recommendations for free online design program

Is there any free online design tool that you would recommend? I'm looking for a program that lets me create a ROOM floor plan and also has some standard size furniture place holders I can drop in. Doesn't need to be architect grade, just something to play around with and visualize a plan. Ideally, it's not just a bird's view but also some kind of frontal view of the four sides.
