It will help you decide what features you want. Or if you are a creative at sewing you may be able to whip one out just by looking at the pictures there.

There are patterns available ....I saw one in a book today when I was at Wallyworld....unfortunately can't remember which book it was....but there are commercial ones available.

I am looking for a double pattern. I don't care if it fits a CostCo cart. They discontinued Pampers so I have no need to go there any more.

I have used this shopping cart pattern I got it off of threebsinsanity.com. It is really really easy. She also has a sewing help forum to get help and share ideas.

I've made McCall's 5124 two times. It has webbing straps to attach toys (included in the pattern). Also has inside pockets. It takes a lot of fabric but turns out really cute! Be sure, if you make it, to accurately mark the pleats or else you will be very confused (don't ask me how I know that)! No high chair cover included in that pattern, tho.

NOT RECOMENDING the Simplicity pattern from Malwart. The directions are horible!!! I imagine they were wrighten in India or something. Because I have sewn for years, I managed to figure it out; after alot of trial and error.
