Hi, Michellemarie - We just ordered several lighting fixtures from Arcadianlighting.com and didn't have a good experience. One of the items was not the one we ordered. I called the company yesterday and was told that the item we ordered is no longer available so they sent this one instead. Were they hoping we'd not notice?

The one we received is not as nice and has fewer details than the one we paid for. To complicate things, the one we received is not offered on their website (though it matches the style we ordered) and we paid several hundred dollars even though the items were on "clearance" -- but now they're back to full price. Eh????

Arcadian Lighting offered only to send us a return label. I think I'd recommend that you don't use Arcadian Lighting.

I ordered from LightingShowplace.com. They do charge a 15% restocking fee, but this seems to be the norm with lots of on-line shops. My lighting arrived quickly and in good shape. I believe I read other positive feedback about this on-line store on this forum.

Got mine from lightingdirect.com. Only place I found with no restocking fee on returns. Also offers free shipping over $49 and 110% price match guarantee. Great communication with order tracking information. Got here very quickly. Boxes were a little tattered but probably from shipping. Lights inside were fine.

I just received my order from LightingShowplace and was very happy with it. Super fast shipping and free. No sales tax and I used a coupon that saved me $15.00. I got 2 mini pendants and a flush ceiling light for a total of $85.66. I just wanted something right away until I finally decide later what I want. Ordered the 24th and received 27th!
