This is very hard to do, because you would have excess fabric on the folded back part of the cuff in the back, especially if you use a 1 inch hem. In addition the front would be short of fabric. Your only option would be to put in a narrow hem and ease in the excess fabric, and have the seams on an angle. If these are dress pants I suggest you take them to a seamstress to hem.

Have you thought what shoes you are limited to with such a hem. Pants hemmed like that could only be worn with heels or the back would trail on the ground. For myself I would hem them like regular pants.
