My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Was in L A this weekend & sure did love the feel of SUNSHINE! Did a tour of Hollywood on last day there - checked out of hotel at 11 AM & plane was not until 10 PM. My favorite was seeing Shirley Temple's signature & prints at the Chinese theater.

Didn't arrive in Pittsburgh until 9 AM. Haven't slept yet. Come home to single digit weather. Snow tomorrow. I'm ready for SPRING!
