Seeking high-end detailing suggestions for women's shirt sleeves, collars, yokes and anything else.

Planning on banded cuffs with a notch for 3/4 length sleeves on a light green pure linen gauze. It has some black flecks so I think I shall top stitch in black, too.

Have many other stash items that I am determined to create with this coming year. Thanks in advance for any ideas. Pics would be great!
