I am supposed to have her tomorrow. She is going to sew the bags for the drain pouches. She is up to her normal requests. She wants another outfit for her birthday like Susan made last year only with an 8 on it. Can you believe Susan told her NO? Takes too much time.

She's been real concerned about me after the masectomy & just how we were going to use the temp prothesis the American Cancer Society volunteer brought in the hospital. We wrestled with it, pulling out over half the polyfil in 3-4 attempts, to make it work. When I walked into church, I saw her eyeballing me very seriously so I whispered "How do I look?" to her. She said "Good! Really good!" She is so appearance conscious for a child.

She's real interested in cooking now too. I told her I'd make a peasant top out of birthday fabric and she just wasn't having that. For the first time in 8 yrs I put my fot down, LOL. I'm waiting for the nasty comment she's going to make when she realizes I'm using "her" fabric to make one of the other cousins a b'day jumper. I'll have to post new pictures soon. She's grown so much.
