Looking for pillow case pattern

Hi,

I'm considering making some pillow cases from leftover fabric I used to make quillows. Does anyone have a T&T pattern or set of instructions to make pillow cases (standard or larger), or know of a good web site that does? I could probably wing it but I'd like something to start with.

Don't think you need a pattern, just basically a rectangle, but there's instructions here:

You can make a pillowcase all in one colour, two colours or three colours. contrast bands can be all the same colour or diff. copy and paste in your address bar, the top address one, where the tool bar is.
