Needing Chairitable Sewing

Does anyone know of an organazation that will sew for a chemo patient? She is a dear friend and is starting Chemo Jan 10th. I know that she would love all colors of Chemo Caps and Turbans, but I don't know anyone that sews.

Lots of times every where the patient is receiving chemo/radiation will have some of the turbans that have been donated. I know when my husband was having his treatment at Univ. of AL at Birmingham, I took some that Mother made and there were other people that had donated them too. Depending on the size of the facility she's having her treatments in she'll most likely have a social worker assigned and they could help too. Blessing to your friend.

You could contact your local American Sewing Guild. When I lived in New Hampshire. We made clothing for rape victims for our local hospitals.
