Love all you glass projects...especially the secoond one...they are beautiful..

Wow, you've been very busy, I'm impressed!
I can't decide which thing I like the best, they're all "stand on their own" post worthy.

My son has been here the last few days, and he's making a box from bevels (I think it's great, he's just got me giving him advice, he's never taken a class, although I taught him a bit a while ago) so I'll be showing him these when he gets out of the shower.

Really nice! And good luck with the TBMs, I have a feeling you don't really need it though, we'll be seeing something yummy from them soon;)

Hey! Great stuff!!! I LOVE that center pc! And Elmo will look great with his eyes on!lol! Here I am struggling all morning with the background on this salmon pc and you are rolling along with multiple things!!! I'm so frustrated I had to walk away! Your 2nd pc is really inventive! That yellow is awesome!

They're all nice, but dang, that second "scrap piece" really catches my eye! I love that ripple glass.

LOVE that wavy glass, if I can ask a stupid question - how do you foil that? my limited (very) experience now has me going - uh??? lol is it tricky to deal with?

Nice - the wavy glass wasn't any different from foiling than regular flat glass with the exception that I had to smoosh the foil down a bit in between the ripples. Got an owie on my thumb from that :-)

I lurve the little sun bursty swirly thing in the middle of the first piece. It cost me a small fortune but it was one of those things that whispered "bring me home" gg :-)

The scrap suncatcher thingie was fun, too! I learned that I could cut a bevel in half (which I'd never tried before). DH kept trying to figure out what it was. Who knew that he was outside his comfort zone when I couldn't put a name on it and just said something pretty. lol He decided it's a house! mmmmm-okay!

So, should I use silicone to adhere poor Elmo's pupils or wrap them in foil and solder them on?

I would use silicone. Poor blind Elmo.....

Those are great. Nice use of scrap glass!! You did a nice job on elmo, too!! They all look wonderful!

I have been wanting to make some glass panels like your first one. I have several pieces of textured glass that is just waiting for me.

Oh wow! You are so creative. I love how you take all those different types of glass and put them together so each is enhanced. What did you cut your bevel with? Been wanting to do that but was afraid it would chip or shatter with just a glass cutter.

Elmo got a small crack :-( I made the mistake of laying him on my lightbox after cleaning him and the kitty cat jumped on the lightbox (love that warmth!) and cracked him :-( Oh well, since it's my granddaughters kitty cat, she should understand!

The bevel was cut using a conventional glass cutter but I was unable to break it by hand and had to use my running pliers - firmly!
