My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Harlequin birdhouse darkened

I tried the black wash and probably had it too thin, here are the results. I think it needs to be darker, but I had alreadu sealed the grey and not much will take. Whatcha' think? Any tricks I don't know about?

I'm off to the kitchen to do more grouting on the backsplash.
