My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Proof that I've lost it!

I have to work 12hrs tonight so I couldn't get involved in anything big. Well...there was this business card holder with the hospital logo on it, one of those silly things they give you for 10yrs of loyal service...had never used it, would never have used it, might use it now:
