Hi Cathy, I'm sure there must be some painting sites that also have forums but I haven't run across any that were free like this one. I really like the format here as well as the friends who come post here. I hope you will feel welcome here and will join our conversations and post pics of your projects too. Also hope you know there are more pics of projects on our gallery section, and we can go to our conversations section to chat about non-painting related things too. Luvs

(This is the site of artists Lorrie Weber & Susan Kelley. Tole Town has an annual fee of $35 but if you want to learn more about painting it is well worth it. They hold 2 on-line classes a month for those interested, a studio section with lots of tutorials, videos, and lots more. Some of the gals here actually learned to paint at this site. They also have tons of projects available.)
I have never payed to join any site in my life but I did this one because I wanted to chat with other painters who painted on a regular basis. Most of the painting boards I used to belong to are now gone.
