I love the blue so far, especially the flowers

Oh, Janeybo, I LOVE those flowers. Now why haven't I thought of making flowers w/the half globs? I use them a lot, but never thought of using them that way. You inspire me w/lots of new ideas. Gonna be beautiful.

Really going to sparkle. I love the flowers. That's why I like coming here to get new ideas. I have tons of gems and now I know what to do with them.

OK, stupid beginner question here: How are you cutting those pieces for the flowers? Is it lack of knowledge or lack of tools I am suffering from?

I've been cutting those half marbles for a long time, but just never put them into a flower. I use my regular nippers I use for cutting plates.

Yup, just nipping those 1/2 marbles. And cutting my own mirror. I found some faux gogh I had made a while back, nipped it into flower pedals, using green mirror for the background and purple mirror for a border between blue and green mirror, it just needed something and this was the only solution that worked for me. As I was looking for something else to add, I came across this pot holder butterfly, and he's getting mirrored blinged out too! I'm just glueing the mirror to it from behind. May add this to a backerboard creation....

Well, you L.H. Looks like you have your groove back. LOVE that butterfly, and what a great idea. Now that BB - I am drop-dead astonished at your problem solving. It looks like you planned the whole thing. I absolutely L.O.V.E. the color combo, placement and everything about it. That's spectacular. Doncha just love those emerald mirror tiles?

Blue is my favorite color, and it always looks so good with green, so you'd know I really like this.

I am also intrigued by the idea of nipping the glass marbles. I wonder if I have the strength in my hand. Only one way to know for sure....

Your BB is great, Jane! I love blues and greens together. And I really like what you're doing with the butterfly, too! I'm sure it will be pretty by it's self... or your idea of using it in a bigger project sounds good, too. I wouldn't have even through of that!

Here they are all done! The Star Tower and BBBB!!! I left the globs off the tower as it seemed to say simple lines to me. I just love grouting and these two kept me grouting for at least hr& a half! It's early here and the sun isn't up yet but I'm excited to see these with the sun on em!!! I just wanna move onto something else but gotta spiff em up. Buff and shine!

Oh Yes! These are both outside projects, DH was just saying that he thinks I sould put all this stuff in the shed, out in the gardens, but it's stuff I want pristine for an art show, to sell, and get to Texas!!! I'm not giviing up on my dream to bug those Texarkana Girls!!!

It's sunny and I took these two out to see them Bling! In one pic you can see how the tower is blinging the ground! Also I am debating about adding this purple fish as a topper for BBBB, whatcha think???

What a mess!!! It's a heck of a lot harder than I thought! I'll let it dry and try to clean it up, very finicky cutting and such.

OMG!!! That tower is SPECATULAR!! Seeing it outside in the sun really showcases it! Fantastic job on that!!
The BB really sparkles and those VG flowers show up more... It's a real pretty little fish, but I think the BB looks better by itself, IMHO.

Not a mess at all, girlie. It's just the character of GE II. It's a love/hate thing I have about the stuff. It looks great, and when you get it cleaned up, it'll be another Janeybo spectacular. I LOVE the tower and BB. You did a fantastic job on both. Your speed is to be desired. You'll have a whopping sale when you get to it.
