Oh, to see something so wonderfully different! Not only in concept, but the thought that people have been doing this together for 50 years. Wow, how special is that? Around the world I've seen egg shells put over the ends of cactus spines like this:

and sometimes seen them hanging from trees, but this is really great. Wow! It won't surprise me to see more of the little blue trees we see in the last picture.

Oh how interesting is THAT. That's some kind of annual celebration. AND the plant/egg bush. YES - that little tree was special.

Wow...wonder if they do something different every year...they'd have to start right after Easter again! Amazing couple.....very interesting!

How long do you think it takes them to put this display together. I wonder what their secret is, you would think they would have arthritis by this time.

Incredible pix of the cactus with the egg.. Makes me hurt just thinking about who put those eggs on the end of the cactus spines.

WOW!! That's wonderful - such dedication and skill at arranging the patterns! I'm with Jane, can't imagine doing something like that with DH for 1 year, let alone 49!!
