Horton Brass -- amazing!

If anyone is in the market for cabinet hardware, I'd recommend taking a look at Horton Brass. They're not cheap, but their products are beautiful and their customer service is amazing. They custom colored pulls I purchased elsewhere, at the suggestion of the company's owner (because I loved some of theirs but couldn't afford them), to match the knobs I purchased from them. Couldn't be any more pleased with the whole experience!

Wow...this reads like an advertisement to HB....don't forget to mention the contest while you are at it! ;)

I really wanted to get the Horton Bakes pulls but they were too much for our budget. Orion (the owner) recommended checking out RH, which I did. Found some nice pulls (Ephram 6") that were similar to the Bakes. The ORB finish didn't look like it would wear to match the cast brass flower knobs from Horton, so I decided that DH needed to get me a birthday present -- a custom finish job from Horton to match their knobs. Orion recommended that I soak the pulls in lacquer remover to start the stripping process and save time and $$. The knobs and refinished pulls arrived today (a week from when I mailed them out) and are exactly what I was looking for. Can't say enough good things about their customer service!! I have the hardware all arranged across my kitchen table and can hardly wait to see them attached to our cabinets! Sorry if this sounded like advertising, but a company that works that hard to help customers deserves a big round of applause!

Sabjimata -- I think it's you that mentioned them a while back in one of your posts, so it's you I have to thank! The contest didn't come at the right time for us. Glad to know some GWer's are able to enter!

When I did my kitchen last year, they didn't have the larger sized pulls so I ordered mine from RH and then had Orion refinish them to match the rest of the stuff I bought from HB. Seriously good customer service.

Oy! This contest. Live and learn. I'm thinking now that it would have been more successful if we teamed up with a cabinet company and did an entire giveaway like that. Maybe a ton of folks will enter last minute...just to get the contest really going!

Glad you like your stuff. Can't wait to see your completed kitchen.
