Unless you love them, pass.

From what I see, they are not 'special' in any way.

ML

I wouldn't - but I don't particularly care for that style. If you do, then 3 for $50 is a bargain, I'm sure.

I don't consider something a bargain unless it's something I will use. Do you have a place for these?

tina

Pass...since you really don't know what you would do with them.

No, I don't have a place. Thank you for talking me out of it. I told you I had the "fever". Just itching to buy something at a bargain. Neither of my girls have a use for them, wither. lol If it were next door, I'd probably get them and resell, but the drive is about 15 minutes away.

She WONT tell you the dimensions, and she did not take a group picture. I say RED FLAGS all over this!! Pass.

I know...Says she/he doesn't have a measuring tape. Who doesn't have SOMETHING to measure with in their home.

Could you use a dresser? There are some nice ones. 125.00 for both or 75.00 each

Stop that...LOL You are taking all the fun out of my looking!

Actually, that 3 drawer chest could be really nice cleaned up. I believe it is late 1880's Eastlake Victorian. I have a taller similar piece in my foyer.

I have been gone and got back to find 2 emails. She is offering the tables for $40 and says they really need to go. She is moving. The second email says that she has an offer for $45 and wants to know my answer. This after I had already said "no" this morning. :)

The last one (large dresser with mirror) would make an awesome piece for chalk paint. I bet Miz M could make that look like a million dollars.

I am looking for a feminine looking desk to use in front of a window for my computer, but think not about that desk. hehehe I prefer a painted while desk over a chalk board desk.

I bet you could get them for 35.00.

@new:
Tuesday was referring to chalk paint -- -not chalk board paint :)

Haha...well that makes more sense. Wasn't sure if she was serious or not.

If there is another offer, I don't I could get the tables for $35. Not worth the drive, anyway.

Tell her to take the $45. See what happens.

You asked if "I" would buy them...no. I don't like the style..for me.

I did. I'll let you know the response.

Tell her to measure them with a dollar bill....which equals 6". But if she doesn't have anything to measure with, she may not know how to add up the dimensions. Not being mean, there are many who really don't know how to measure.
