A perfect project! I'd brush it with a wire brush, and get out the thinset! Have atter!!!

I really love the style of your chair! With the metal mesh like seat, the bond with the thinset should be ideal, if you smooth out the stuff that gooshes through it underneith. That looks like such a fun project!

I have some purple, pink and yellow tiles so I was thinking about trying to make flowers on it. If I can find some pale blue tiles I think that would look good for the background.

I sure hope I don't mess it up. If you don't see a picture then I messed up. LOL

That is gonna be cool...I am really drawn to the circle on the back of the chair. Can't wait to see what it looks like when finished.

Thanks, I've been outside breaking up tiles and trying to make tile flowers but my flowers always look like they're made by a first grader. LOL
