Hey I made bread today too! And ribs and potatoe salad! And I foiled 57 pcs of MY PEACOCK!!!! Yup, you heard right...peacock...it's raining and sunday and lots of movies on and hey, it wasn't too bad...

Lisa: I actually have two light tables, this one is just for Mr Peacock!!! It's nice to have a table under a project to see how it's looking, and I cut on the other one. It makes it a bit crowded in my Art Room but until I get him finished, there they sit.(I've been thinking of getting rid of one but now that I rethink that, I may live with the crowding....)I think that Squirrelly has inspired me lately with her stained glass project. And I also bought this nice metal frame for $7.50 the other day when I was out with Klinger doing a shopping day!

Calamity, Ok, now I need a light table badly!! I haven't worked with copper foil yet, but I've studied it and am planning to try something small/simple soon. So, you can understand how I'd be so impressed with that magnificent peacock!

Lisa, those flowers are stunning! Maybe just clear, textured glass in the background would look nice? Really make the flowers the focal point...then again I'm so new to this, what do I know, lol. Can't wait to see it finished whatever you decide. Now I wanna go make bread :)

Hey, LISA - why not try abstract designs as a background. The flowers are WONDERFUL, and I can just see some abstract little trails, swirlies, pockets of color. Just my opinion - I'm sure what you decide w/certainly change my mind. Your work is so wonderful.
