Steeping Stone Question

BMMI (before my mosaic interest) DH purchased 15 concrete stepping stones from a big box store. They are perfectly good, perfectly sized, and perfectly boring as heck! :-)

Can I mosaic on the pre-made stepping stones? If so, how do I go about it? Just as I would any other item made from concrete? Seal, design, create, grout, seal? I plan on using some stained glass scraps if that helps any.

Any ideas or tips you can share would be most welcome!

Yep! Gopher it. Use thinset, or GEII silicone for your adhesive. Grout and seal. I've done lots of them..all using stained glass scraps.

Yes ma'am - they'll be fine. I highly recommend thinset. FIFTEEN!!! Woooohooooo - anxious to see your first WIP picture.
