The back side of a glass on glass window looks no different than the front - after the glue and grout dry.

Sorry, not a good picture. It was on my front picture window, but fell, so it's slightly cracked.I couldn't find a window that we didn't use and that I could still enjoy it. I got the stand at a garage sale and attached it. Still shows light through, but doesn't fall ;-). I didn't like the way it looked from the outside either

Thank you for actually answering the question and sharing you backsides with me. Umm, okay, this serious thing isn't working at ALL, lol. Your GOGs are beautiful, thank you for sharing them. I'm pretty sure now that my backside won't offend any of the neighbors!

By the way, I looked outside earlier and what do I see but a FULL MOON!!! I think that explains a lot, lol.

Sorry I can't show a pix of my GOG...too heavy
to lift off the wall. But I can tell you that I am soooo
not happy with the backside. Used GEII silicone and really
don't like the texture on the back of the glass pieces
and the black grout looks like gray from the back....yech.
