I've been doing alot of saw cutting lately ! I've never used transparency sheets , I can see why though, they'll repel the water. I used to cut out a paper pattern piece and glue it on with glue sticks ,but the water just shriveled it up. Here's how I do it now. I outline my pattern piece with a gold or white paint pen or a sharpie and then cut. I have found out though,if the line on the glass isn't dry ,the water will wash that away ,too. I found the solution -- chapstick ! I just run my finger over the chapstick and just tap it all along the pattern line & it's enough to keep the water from washing everything away. Funny thing --- I Used cherry flavored lip balm and all I could smell was cherries while I was cutting ! LOL

well I'll tell ya, the printable transparencies? are FREAKING expensive
