I don't have a Grizzly table saw, but I have been a woodworker for decades and subscribe to many of the woodworking magazines. My recollection from reading power tool comparison reviews is that Grizzly consistently gets good ratings for quality and affordability with many of their major tools. I believe their table saws have gotten good reviews. I would suggest you:
1) check out the reviews for Grizzly saws on Amazon.com...people seem to be pretty satisfied with them.
2) go to the library and look through table saw comparson reviews in some of the woodworking magazines.

Not sure what model you are looking at but the October 2005 Woodworker's Journal had a review of 8 saws in the 500-800 dollar range to include the Grizzly G0576. They described it as "a good saw at the price. It's more than a stripped-down model." Wood also did a review sometime in early 2005 of like priced table saws but I don't have that issue anymore. As an FYI, both articles actually found the Rigid TS3650 as a good value. Having said that, you'll find the Woodworker's Journal article concludes with a statement that for the 8 saws they reviewed, 10 woodworkers would be hard pressed to agree on a favorite.

I have an 8 inch jointer and a 14 inch bandsaw from Grizzly and for the price they are hard to beat. I am now thinking about ordering thier new 16 inch 2 HP lathe.

Not better, not worse, but check out Bridgewood. I can speak for their excellent quality. I have their 8in. jointer, it's a copy of the P-matic, quite a fine tool. I looked at every tool they had on display at their York, PA distributor. The prices are very similar. I'd suggest finding out which is running a special that week. I save on shipping by picking it up myself. The 8in jointer is really heavy!!
Lotsa folks like their Grizzly tools.

Actually, this does not mean a darn thing.
You can make lead life jackets under ISO 9001, as long as they are all the same.

I have a Grizzly 8 inch jointer and a 16 inch bandsaw.
Decent after some tune up work.
You need to talk with somone who has a relatively recent purchase snce the tools change.
The bandsaw initailly had alignement problems withthe upper and lower weels not being in plane (shims solved that), but a friend with a newer one had only minor problems.
The motors appear to have been improved over the years. The major weakness 8 years ago was the centrifugal switch contacts.

HD has a pretty good deal on the Ridgid now. $560 with 10% 0ff no interest for 12 mos with their creditcard plus a gift card of $35. Mine's being delivered week after next.

My father in law has Grizzly tools and loves them, bought me a brad nailer from Grizzly for Christmas.... works well.

I have their G0444z tablesaw. It's terrific. Solid, powerful, not so heavy that two guys straining can't get it into the basement... So far, so good; I've only owned it since November, but used it quite heavily.
