My newest 'stash' .... LOL

DH knows nothing about this newest purchase. LOL I'm sure as soon as he opens the garage door - he'll see it .

He picks on me for awhile .... but luckily - he never gets mad at stuff I come home with . I couldn't pass this up at a TS .... it's a bench with drawers & cubby holes. $20 . It has possibilities !!!! ~~~~~~~~~

I think its great :o) I also would have grabbed that one up. My DH is also shakes his head when I bring new goodies home but really he does'nt mind. He knew I was a packrat.

Can't wait to see what you are going to do with it your new bench. Any ideas?

No ideas yet ......... but I have learned one thing ....I've always seen things I loved - passed them up to "think about it " . When I Went back - the item was always gone. I think alot of us do that . This time - I bought it and will think about it later ~~ !! LOL

That's a mosaicing dream. Just look at all those flat surfaces, then glass knobs. It could use some feet, IMO.

Legs would be great !!! Thanks for the idea ! I'm going to save it for when my FIL moves out - then I think it will become a plant stand (inside) in my dining room. DH still hasn't seen it yet ........LOL

I love it...not only does it have a lot of flat surfaces to mosaic but it also adds storage! I would have gotten that myself if I saw it at the TS.

OH TMG That is SOOOO Cute!! I might fill in the back with a solid piece leaving the dowels to show on the back side of the solid added piece. Then mosaic across the seat and up the back or down the back and across the seat. I am left handed and think things through backwards. LOL

That is just to die for cute!!!!

That is a VERY cute bench! What a great buy!
I love that you call it your "stash." When we have company... I always practice the "Stash and Sweep" method of getting ready. Stash all the 'stuff' out of site... sweep the floor..... and I'm ready!!! So.. your "stash" chest is a necessity in any house!!! :) Lookin' forward to seeing what you do with it!
