I'm on a roll now!

Well, I had one more project already completed and ready to grout, so I did that tonight. It was hard to do the edges, though, the grout didn't want to stay put! Still have some clean up to do. My charcoal colored grout was a little darker this time, still experimenting with the liquid dye.

On the lid, look closely, you can still see the red from the snowmen painted underneath! I didn't think that would show, oh well.

Oh, I love your little tropical box! I'm going to keep a copy of the picture if I can for inspiration. It's really great.

Beautiful! I love all the blues that you used.
It's such a nice relaxing scene....makes me want to read a beach book and drink pina coladas!

GC - you're making that up - about still seeing red. Don't see a thing but a beautifully mosaiced box. Don't know how you packed so much detail in that scene. It makes me still want to try my PV sunset scene. I haven't taken it off the list yet. Wonderful work, girlie.

Thanks, everyone, I'm glad you like it. I had no idea it would be a beach-scene box when I started it. Pina coladas, huh? Sounds good!

Texas: My husband loves Bob Marley....DH used to be in a reggae band, he was the only guy in the band without dreadlocks! Don't worry, be happy... wait, that's Bobby McFarrin, oh well, still reggae. I see a new mosaic idea forming...might have to learn to make those word tiles lovemosaics is making!

s.. funny that song "do you like pina colada's and walking in the rain.." just came to my head and I know it isn't reggae ..
