My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

He is the walrus!

Here is my (purple!) walrus WIP. Everything seems to be a WIP lately after having gone back to school. Sucks. I'm bound and determined to finally grout my owl and fish. I have rearranged photobucket to have a WIP album and a mosaics album. ONLY finished projects go in the mosaics album. So now it's really small. Anyway, I'm also sending a pic of my hippo (purple again) pencil holder that I got a garage sale. Actually, it was a toothbrush/ring holder. Not anymore!! I'm so bad I also got a new alligator holding a rose statue, and a fountain on sale at Lowes that I will take on as a project. When things are on sale, you gotta strike! I think if I get on the ball and grout the owl, fish, and hurry up with the hippo I'll get my gusto back!! Here are the pics:







The hippo is kinda hard to see being dark and on my dark counter top. My walrus is just too cheerful! He is the Walrus, Cu-Cu ca-choo!

P.S. the fountain is similar to the boob flower, BUT it has water that comes out the top of it.
