Hello yall!

Just back in from our week in Williamsburg, VA. I am so tired of old stuff I could scream!! Whats even worse is I didn't see a SINGLE mosaic. You'd think while some of them folks was floatin over here from England (a 4 month journey) SOMEBODY could've done a mosaic, LOL!!!

LMAO! Never thought of the trip across the Atlantic that way, Bama! Glad you're back, you were missed! But certainly there were some really cool things to see, right? Did you hit any outlets? What about antique shops? Didn't even see any stained glass? Cool gardens? Something extra special??

LOL - that's how I felt when we got back from DC and Richmond. I wanted to see something new and unpatriotic (how un-American of me!) We DID make a short side trip to the Notre Dame campus to see a GIANT mosaic on the side of the library that my husband remembered from a childhood trip. What a guy - he drove out of his way without even telling me what we were going to see!

I'll be traveling down to Nashville and Memphis in a couple of weeks so maybe I'll get a mosaic fix down there . . .

I guess I gotta get back to work on my mirror now. That NT's a slave driver!!!

And...a belated Welcome Back! We certainly missed you.

I've had a lot going on lately, and although I've peeked in every day, haven't had the chance to comment on anything. And things have been SO active here on the forum, that I fear I will never catch up with everything I'd like to comment on!!! Such wonderful projects going on! WOW!!!
