“Rhonda Miller has worked with me and my family on 3 house renovations. The first renovation was a 1920's farmhouse in Montrose in 2006-7 almost down to the studs. Amazing reno - created a "jewel box" of a house and made it livable for a modern family - very European farmhouse type. Second reno was a 3 story traditional in the Heights in 2010-11 which included custom bookshelves, drapery, matching original wood floors from 1910s and helping decorate with customized furniture and paint colors. It also included combining 3 rooms into 1 great room with 2 super support beams added for structural integrity. Third reno was in 2015 mostly cosmetic in the Cypress area but included updating paint, installing wood floors and customized drapery and furniture again plus placement of art on walls. Rhonda also helped me stage the Montrose and Heights houses for maximum selling value and that was more than delivered. The Heights house sold in 22 days! Rhonda is honest, thorough and shows up when she is supposed to and does what she says. She listens to the client and always contributes to turning your house into a home. Everyone comments favorably on everything Rhonda and I have done together. Rhonda is also great fun to work with and makes a somewhat stressful process really enjoyable. Besides that, she is extremely knowledgeable on technical and structural home issues, not just the decorative side. On the Montrose farmhouse that was renovated almost from the studs up, the architect was struggling to make several things work for a modern family and Rhonda came up with solutions every time.
