Yes, unfortunately snapfish is goofy like that... is there a better site to put them on that doesn't require an account?

I really love that glass shelf! Something like that is in my
future plans. I've always wanted Calamity's huge one, but that one would be perfect. That vent hood is a really wonderful idea for doing stained glass. I use one of those
tiny fume traps. Your work is really great. Thanks for reposting the pics in photobucket for us.

ICHEER!!!! I wanna be you!!!! What a dream room! What a cool tub outside!! A FAN, WOW!! All that natural light(windows) WOW! And you even did the floor!!!!! I LOVE that cat too, the glass is one of my most coveted ones as it is the color of an Arbutus tree, that is a local tree here, and one day I have plans to do one in stained glass. What a SWEET setup!!!! I'm DROOLING!!!

Thanks folks - I'm pretty proud (and appreciative!) of my dear hubby.

Calamity - I wish I'd done this floors myself but alas - they are original to the home. We just bought this place last fall and I fell in love with the room that I've shown you (Mom City) and two gorgeous live oaks in our front yard. Before I even came inside the house I told DH that if the house was salvageble that it was THE ONE because of the oak trees.

The room is very special to me - for the first time in ten years or so I have a place to call my own, set up exactly the way I envisioned. It also has a comfy couch and chair for when the kids or DH wanders back here, a small TV, a stereo, computers and our family book shelves, so while there is a lot of traffic through here I can still remain in my zen-glass state of mind :-)

Slow - the post is an old concrete post that was left in our back yard by the previous owners. DH tells me it is commonly used to shore up a house foundation. Luckily we don't have any foundation issues so the previous owner must've had a plan for it that just didn't come to fruition. Lucky me :-)

Ack - lunch is over, so back to work for me :-) Happy glassing everyone!
