My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anyone use a no-name Roto-Zip/Dremel?

Saw a cheapie in the cheapie store yesterday. Wondering if this smaller tool would be worth using? I had purchased a Dremel a couple weeks back, but thought it was actually not worth the money I paid for it. Seemed cheap itself.

Anyone got a no-name brand?
