Anything special I need to know about resin substrate?

Yeah, yeah, I'm getting WAY ahead of myself, since I acquired this cute little green (I thought it was copper) birdbath over the weekend. Turns out it's resin. It'll get a mosaic overlay when I get around to it.

But figured I'd ask about the adhesive. I have Silicone II and E6000 (for use on the first column of the project list- LOL!) Either or both of these ok to use on the resin base?

Sorry MM, I don't have any experience with resin as a substrate.... I'm assuming either of those 2 glues will be fine. Did you do a search here on resin, no one ever mentions it that I can recall

Can't see why GEII wouldn't work on resin, M&M. That stuff is pretty tough, and I'd think the material w/marry well w/the silicon. I've never used E6000 for outside, and quit using it when I quit working in polymer clay. Got too expensive, and I lost so much as it dried out in the tube too fast. Also, I would break that tube in trying to squeeze out the last drops. Hate that stuff.
