Rose is right. Weldbond, it dries clear and strong. I've done it with photos and logos.

I'M NOT SURE....but it looks kinda like, and if I read at the bottom of her page...
Those are like the glass bloobs... or gems... or what ever you call them like a marble but with the flat edge... and because they are clear when you put the fabric on the bottom side with the RIGHT side of the fabric up (with glue on it ) then it sticks... and then it drys like you can see it like thru a magnifying glass.... MAYBE>
I know when I was little in grade school we took an old glass coaster/ or thing to make furniture not leave a mark on the carpet.. stuck a little picture of our self then put plaster of paris (spelling ?) Do YOu know what I mean
