Adhesive for mosaic on plaster

I found these cute little plaster ornaments at Joanns with nice flat places to glue small glass shards or beads. What would be the best adhesive for glass on plaster for indoor use only? I have weldbond, elmers, epoxy, and silicone on hand...would one of these work well or would something else be better. Also should I paint the plaster first before gluing stuff down? p

I weldbond or silicone would be fine.

I would seal the plaster with a penetrating sealer. Plaster is porous and will soak up water out of the air (don't know how humid it is where you are).

I would you use silicone since Weldbond is water based and may begin the deterioration of the paster. And I hope these are for INTERIOR use?
