My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I wanted to make my Step daughter a lazy susan out of these dishes. I didn't have enough pieces flat and the same thickness, so I made her a tray. I might work on the lazy susan after the holidays (AFTER I do mine!)!

The grout is the "desert rose " I got at the habitat store for $1. Not much but I finished something!! The two mirrors are ready to grout, but I'm going to use black, so that's another day!
